Im Jahr 1988 haben Steven Hindy und Tom Potter in Brooklyn die Brooklyn Brewery gegründet. Zuvor hatte Hindy sechs Jahre lang die Kunst des Bierbrauens im mittleren Westen sowie in Saudi Arabien und Kuwait erlernt. Das Logo der Brauerei wurde von Milton Glaser geschaffen, der auch das Logo für die bekannte ?I Love New York?-Kampagne entworfen hat. Aufgrund des Erfolges möchten die Gründer expandieren und eine größere Brauerei in Utica, New York eröffnen. Die Brauerei vertreibt inzwischen 5 Linien: Perennials, Seasonals, Big Bottles, BQE und Brewmaster?s Reserve.>>>mehr
